Christian Bojidar Müller is a German-Bulgarian actor, writer and dramaturg based in Berlin. In addition to his first permanent engagement as an actor at Landestheater Schwaben in Memmingen, he continued his passion for play development in a variety of projects with refugees, senior citizens, traumatized young people, students and colleagues of the ensemble. The formats ranged from performances to concerts to short films. After his intense time in Memmingen, in 2016 Christian became a prompter at the Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin. He also works closely with the members of the former exile ensemble as a coach on the linguistic development of the German texts for the Maxim Gorki Theater.
Since 2021 Christian Bojidar Müller has been working increasingly as a freelance actor and writer for Goethe Institut and various cinema and TV formats. Since 2022 he is involved in the planning and development of the Program of Ballhaus Prinzenallee in Berlin. Currently he is also developing the plays "Deine Mutter ist unbekannt" (in Bulgarian and German) and "GAY TERROR ARMY" for the opening season of Ballhaus Prinzenallee thanks to a research grant from the Berlin Senate.
This residency programme is funded by the Bulgarian National Culture Fund.
