Veronika Vapirova is a multidisciplinary artist with a background in design, visual arts, and performing arts. She was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, to an artistic family, that later moved to Bulgaria where she studied fine arts and completed her education at the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts Sofia (NATFA).
She is mostly known as a dance performer, designer and creator of Totally Erected fashion studio and Culture Beat-Sofia, and has lived and worked in Barcelona, Istanbul, London,Sao Paolo, and many more. Her works are mostly focused and inspired by social topics such as queer culture, racism, and religious conflicts. Since 2019 Veronika is based in Berlin, Germany.
